The primary bedroom features a king bed and en suite bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The second full bath is located off of the living area for easy access. In the third bedroom, you will find full-size bunk beds with a twin trundle.
But the fun doesn't stop inside! The beautiful heated pool will be everyone's favorite spot. Set up your chairs in the water on the shallow sun shelf, then jump in to cool off and play with the kids. For a little more adventure and sea breezes, head over to the beach--it's only a block away!
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 50 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

We rented this house in August 2019 for 10 days. From the moment we pulled in the driveway we were impressed. We have 3 teenagers, and my wife and I. The house was MORE than adequate and literally had everything you could need! The pool was our favorite place to hang out, and my wife and I enjoyed our morning coffee each day by the pool as well. The neighbor was friendly and helpful,( we even bought his book as we found out he is a local author!), and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is stunning and was only a short walk away! We met the owner on our last night there, and he made sure our stay was everything we had hoped for. We cannot say enough good things about this house and we will DEFINITELY book again! 5 stars
This house was perfect for me and my family. The owners of the property thought about everything in detail of what a family will need while SO close to the beach ( less than a minute walk). The umbrellas, the canopy, the wagon to take to the beach was AMAZING!! All the trash cans in each room or each gathering area was so great. The beach towels ( several) were awesome. Oh yes the 2nd FRIDGE in the laundry room was a life saver! Great place to store our big bags of ice! We cannot say enough about the quietness of the neighborhood. Very tranquil The pool is great. Biggest palm tree I have ever seen in this oasis- even a pineapple bush with a pineapple growing was awesome. The landscape was very well kept- NO droppings of palms, etc that you might come across elsewhere. The two showers to spray off were wonderful as well. The house is walking distance from two really great restaurants- Gulf Drive Cafe and Wicked Cantina. We can tell this house has been very loved and well cared for. Absolutely loved this house! 5 Stars! We come a few times a year and this is by far our favorite place that we’ve rented! It was perfect for my hubby, my daughter, and me. We also had a friend visit for a few days. Perfect house for our needs! We loved that all the light switches were labeled, huge plus. The pool area was wonderful! Plenty of floats and toys for our daughter. We actually never went to beach bc we loved the pool area. The extra fridge in the laundry area was perfect for our “refreshments”. The porch/garage area was great for playing games when it rained, with the fan and TV it was perfect. We loved being able to walk to Gulf Drive Cafe (our fav) and The Wicked Cantina, as well as all the great places on Bridge Street. Lyn, the neighbor, was so kind and we enjoyed meeting him. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful home on the southern half of Anna Maria Island. My husband, daughter, son in law and I stayed here last week. This property has everything you could possibly need for a week in paradise. The beautiful, relaxing backyard pool was a great way to start the day with coffee. The inside of the home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. There are tons of pool and beach toys, chairs, towels and everything else for a day at the beach. It's in a quiet neighborhood about a block from the ocean. The neighbors are friendly and the owner also stopped on our arrival and also our departure to see if we needed anything. Great home and location!
My family and I really enjoyed this home. The layout and space were just what we needed. The amenities provided were above and beyond what we expected. The owner really makes sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay in this home. The only thing not used was the dining area off of the game room. It was very hot in there, and we were unable to utilize that area for dinners and socializing. It would be nice if there was a cooling unit for that area in order for it to be used. Other than that, we loved this home. We will definitely be booking it for our next trip.

Sea U Soon had everything you could possibly need. The heated pool was our savior as the weather was a little cooler than we hoped. Plenty of room for relaxing indoors or out. Perfect location and very friendly neighbors. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. March 10, 2018

Usually we stay in a beach front condo, but we booked this property because we were going to bring our pomeranian with us on vacation. Later, we decided not to bring her.
This cute house did not disappoint! It was nicely remodeled. It had a very nice outdoor area with nice landscaping and a beautiful pool in the backyard. While we were not beach front, it was a short walk to the beach, and it was nice to walk out the door and have the pool right there.
For the TV lover, there were TV's in every room, which was nice because the Olympics were on the week we stayed.
Ken, the owner, stopped by twice to make sure everything was ok. Its nice to know the owner cared about the property and the renters, and that it wasn’t just an another investment .
