Townhouses in the Cay is a small development with just over 20 units, so there's no congestion at the solar-heated pool, and just a few friendly neighbors to greet when you grill on the back patio or pop over to your dock for a day on the water.  A deep-water canal and assigned boat dock mean you can come and go with ease to explore Manatee County's gorgeous waterways and the stunning Gulf of Mexico.  Don't own a boat but want to enjoy the water while you're here?  This would be a perfect opportunity to rent one from a nearby company and keep it right there at your townhouse for the duration of your stay!  

Of course, you don't have to be a boater to enjoy this charming townhouse.  Downstairs you'll find a comfortably furnished living room and dining area, fully remodeled kitchen, a laundry room, half bath, and access to your own open patio and gas grill.  The upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen, and both equipped with flat-panel tv's so everyone can enjoy their own programs.  The full bath is directly accessible from the king bedroom, while a separate entrance allows guests staying in the queen bedroom to have access as well.  There is also a full sleeper sofa.

All of your amenities are just steps away, with the large pool just out your back door and beyond your patio, and the dock just outside your front door.  Assigned parking for one vehicle is directly in front of the unit, with guest parking nearby.  Launching a boat?  Manatee County offers two boat ramps just minutes away.  

PLEASE NOTE:  The MAXIMUM length boat this dock will accommodate is 25' from bow to stern, including the motor.  Guests bringing a boat must provide proof of insurance.  TRAILER PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON SITE; contact our office for suggestions on where to keep your trailer during your stay.
